Miss Duke's Class: May 10, 2012 Update

Can you believe that there is less than 1 month of school left? This year has gone by so fast! Here are some upcoming events and things to study for the end of the year.

May 24th - Talent Show
You can sign up for the talent show outside Mr. or Mrs. Knutson's classrooms. You must audition by May 17th. Our class will be performing 2 skits for the talent show. I hope you can come out and see the talent show! It will take place during school hours.

May 25th - Field Day
Get ready for a fun day of competition! Mark you calendars now! More information to come!

May 28th - 3rd - 6th Grade Field Trip

JK Memorial

We are going to go on a field trip to the JK Memorial, Congress Building, Art Museum, City Map, and McDonalds. We will leave at 8:20 a.m. and return at 3:00 p.m. We need some parents to volunteer to come as chaperones and help be responsible for a group of 3-5 kids. Parents can ride the bus. Prices and more information will be posted soon!

All students will need to bring money to eat at McDonalds for lunch.
